The standard of catering at Winchester House is exceptional with emphasis placed on food presentation and sensible portions (AM & PM are opposed to ‘minimalist’ trends that take nouvelle cuisine to the ‘nth degree).  Flexibility exists in the compilation of all menus and nothing is ‘written in stone’.  Sample menus are just that and clients’ preferences are always incorporated whenever possible - if it’s do-able, AM & PM will do it.
